Registration

The Department of Defense Dependents Schools are established to provide education for authorized children in the overseas area.

Please remember that you must have your child's Social Security Number (SSN) when you register.

DoDEA's Early Childhood Entrance Age Policy

If you are re-registering your child in the same complex your child attended last school year, you must attend the re-registration sessions scheduled by each school. At CT Joy, we have a Pre- Registration Day in May.

The following forms required for registration which can be filled out upon arrival:

DS600 Student Registration Form

DS600a Questionnaire for Race/Ethnicity, and Home Language

DS122 Certificate of Immunization

The Student Registration Supplemental Sheet  has entry/status, sponsor, and title codes that are helpful in completing the DS600.

All of these forms may be printed out before arrival at the school so that you can come with them already completed. Go to the district site by clicking here.

Immunization

Before enrolling in a Department of Defense school, students are required to have the following immunizations listed in the attached form:

While these immunizations are required to attend DoD schools, the Military Services, not the schools, are responsible for giving students their immunizations.
