As a part of our School Improvement
Plan (SIP) one of our goals is to increase reading comprehension through
students' vocabulary. Vocab Cop is one of those ways we reach that goal.
Each week we focus on one or two words and we have a community volunteer
come in and ask the kids what the words mean. They give prizes away and
just encourage the kids to learn as much as possible. Here are a just a
few pictures of those days.
